I actually have my Masters in Human Resources and Organizational Development. I got it at the University of Georgia. There are also programs out there through technical schools but they aren't accredited academic programs and not really respected.

I worked in HR while in grad school. Honestly, you don't need a graduate degree. Like most fields, experience is what most employers look for. I'm in law school now because I decided HR isn't for me and wanted to make more $$$. BUT if you have any questions about HR academic programs, let me know or private message me. I'm getting a degree in comm. too with a minor in film studies. Woo Hoo, and then the dreaded job hunt. I was actually debating for a while (well actually I still am) whether or not to continue with grad. school, I think I need a rest from school, but I'm afraid if I take a break I'll never go back.
