My A/C broke and even though it is winter it is so hot and humid. I live in florida. I am so irriated. Plus the A/C guy is rude and it has been broken since Thursday and they came on Friday and now they are coming tomorrow to re-evulate. So who knows when it will be fix. Plus they tell me they will be here between 1-5. I am a student who comes and goes to class. And they tell me they can't narrow it down. It is like I am paying you for a service, shouldn't you been A LITTLE bit accomdating?

Oooh, i feel for you!!  That is so annoying btw, I dont see why they cant give you a heads up call when they are  on their way.  Its just silly.
