Hi all,
I was at JCrew yesterday and I asked one of the sales associates whether JC was having a Friends and Family event soon (since it seems this is the time of year for these events) and she said that they weren't, and moreover, she has been working at JC for 4 years and they have never had one.

Does this sound right to anyone? Does JC not do F&F discounts?

That sounds right to me. I just checked with my sister who's worked there for a few years, and she confirmed that they haven't done friends and family discounts and there isn't one planned this year.

I don't think they ever had F&F, I've been a huge fan of J Crew for the last few years and I've never seen it. They don't even give great benefits to cardholders. At Christmas last year they had 20% off purchases (no minimum) for cardholders but that's the best deal I've ever seen. I'm hoping this year will be better but I'm not counting on it.

I was a P/T sales associate there around 2000 and I remember they had F&F then, though I don't remember what the % off was (20, 30?) I suppose at some point they phased it out. Too bad.
