This isn't going to fit the bill if you're looking for something nylon and polka-dotted, but Target has some really cute cover ups in the same sort of style. I just bought a tiered green cotton mini skirt from there to wear as a cover up at the beach. They have a lot of sheer, thin minis that would work great over a bikini, and I believe they had some stretchy nylon ones as well.

Thanks! I was thinking that this might be cute since it was bathing suit material for being on a boat...I like the flippiness of it!
