Easy to maintain.....brick exterior if possible, reasonable home owners dues, central air, easy to fix up with some TLC...paint and a little creativity.

2 bedroom, 2 bath so either a couple or two roommates could live together.

Our rental property has central air, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, concrete floors, brick interior walls so it is a kind of industrial loft thing. It is 1000 square feet. Our mortgage and home owners dues combined are $600 and we rent it for $850. It is near a couple of colleges in a converted mill. It is NC so the rents and mortgages are way off from NYC.
