Looking for "Dressy" Sneakers

Hi Ladies, I'm in search of sneakers that I can wear to work (I can wear jeans to work so it's perfect!).  I need non-athletic looking sneakers that can go with a variety of outfits.  Versatility is the key.  Do any of you have any favorites you've seen lately?

 My co-worker has these and wears them to the office with jeans a lot.  I tend to wear ballet flats for running around our office. 


These are also cute if you wear black a lot.

I'd also recommend loafers (like Tod's) and Cole Haan w/Nike Air shoes for running around the office, without looking like gym sneakers.
