such a thing as cute thermal underwear?

Maybe a silly question, but I'm wondering if anyone has seen cute thermal underwear anywear.  I need the pants for the winters here- especially when it comes to early morning & night when I walk my dog. 
Ideally I'd like them to be somewhat lowrise, instead up to my bellybutton, I just find it SUPER uncomfortable.
I've searched but didn't come up with anything. :(
Any help would be awesome!
