i'm pretty bored (and avoiding writing a paper), so i decided to google my name (never done it before).  This is the first thing that comes up:

DATE ERIN DOLAN.com????  WTF?? why?  the guy who put this website together must have done it to torture his stepsister (who, luckily for me, shares my name) -- there's no way this is serious.  they even have an "our products" page where you can buy the "erin encyclopedia CD rom" :

I don't think it is serious either.  This seems like a project that someone did for a webpage creating class to demonstrate their knowledge of HTML or whatever they used.  You can't order the CD or anything.  There is no order form.


That's pretty funny though.  Nothing interesting comes up when I type in my name.


Have you ever tried typing in your or someone else's e-mail address?  or even just the name part that becomes before @yahoo.com (sometimes brings up different results)?  That's good for some google searches as well.

that's funny! Are you suuuuure you don't have a stepbrother? LOL


I tried googling my name but got nothing interesting. If I google my maiden name it pulls up a bunch of news stories I wrote 4-5 years ago. Weird, huh?

the funny thing is that i am the antithesis of that person -- not athletic, like to party, love metrosexuals.


i think you're right about it being someone's school project -- it's pretty funny.

it's not the most unique name ... i met a girl a while ago who had moved to the east coast from LA and had a friend in LA named erin dolan who, she said, looked just like me.  she said it was very strange.


yeah, and actually, i am taking a class now at a really small school and one of my professors said he had an erin dolan in a class last semester. 


why couldn't my parents have been more creative... sniff, sniff
