Not a clue.  I kinda thought they look like Born, I also checked Zappo and nothing.  You could call customer serive and ask though!

after some research, I think they are Jim Barnier Artisan Footwear, who seems to also design for Gee WaWa... found that brand on endless, but not those boots.

kmd, you are AMAZING, great sleuthing !!!! He's in Los Angeles which would be perfect if they sold that particular boot.

I just HAVE to see them on... something about these is calling me. Handmade boots.....sigh. Actually they are a lot less than I paid for my new favorite Fryes so maybe I should just bite the bullet  and go for it :)
