I ordered a pair of shoes from them that hurted like HELL so I returned it. After waiting patiently for a refund back to my card, we called them to see what was up. They told me that I had so and so dollars that I can use at the site. Um, how was I supposed to know about that if no one ever contacted me about my return? In the end, we had them send us a check because I really didn't know what I would want from there.

I ordered a swimsuit and a denim mini freshman year of college from them and I cannot believe that it took them two weeks to ship it from their warehouse in somewhere like Kentucky to my dorm room in Virginia...so you're not alone.

My roommate at the time dealt with the most inconsistent sizing ever. She tried ot buy a pair of khakis according to the size chart and they were so massive on her it wasn't even funny. She exchanged them for the next size down...that took a couple of weeks and when they came they were STILL too big...she was so frustrated that she just shrank them in the dryer and they were baggy on her the whole time she owned them.

This is why I have never ordered from Delias again.

I haven't had any problems with Delia's so far. Last fall, I ordered some Pumas from them and I think I received my package within one week. I am afraid to order clothing from them. Junior's sizing is so tricky on my body and I hate to have to order stuff and then have to return them.
