oh yay!! so happy for you.  from the look of the skirt, i think it could be easily altered down.  it's a really simple a-line shape.  do you have someone good to take it to?

i think so, fortunato tailors on pico and prosser, do you know it?  my friend rec'd him and i took 3 pieces in about a week ago so i'm going to go pick them up sometime this week and hopefully they'll be good and then i'll give him the skirt.  the prob w/ the skirt as is is that it LONG, it reaches mid calf on me right now.  but i don't want to just hem it because i feel like some of the shape might be lost.  hopefully, he can figure something out.  *crossing fingers*

esquiress, don't worry because a good tailor can do anything.  I once had a pair of pants taken in at the waist, rear, and thighs.  He shaped them perfectly.  It felt like what it must be to have couture clothing.

I hope you will let us see you in the outfit.
