B: Whole Grain toast and boiled egg


L: Vegetable Rice Noodle soup


D: BBQ Chicken w/ steamed vegetables


S: Handful roasted almonds


A: 0!  Not planning on drinking any alcohol tonight


Workout: 60 min Body Sculpt Class and 60 min Kickboxing class.  Total calories burned: 715

Morning!


B: banana walnut oatmeal with bananas mixed in, water


L: ham and cheese on honey wheat, cup of grapes, apple


S: air crisps chips a hoy snack and whatever else is served in class


D: not sure yet


Exercise: weights and 40 mins cardio

L: leftover salad with grilled chicken and a little crumbles bleu cheese


S: latte and a biscotti if I am hungry


D: edit- they decided they want to go to McDonald's to get happy meals(wtf??), so I'll probably go along and get chicken nuggests and apple dippers- I can't eat any more salad today.


no excercise tonight- going to see Disney on Ice (lol) after work! Yay for free tickets! But will probably do a lot of walking beforehand.

Breakfast:  Bran flakes, banana, coffee


Snack:  Apple


Lunch:  Ham sandwich on WW bread w/spinach, carrots, cheese stick


Snack:  Frozen grapes


Dinner:  ?


No exercise for me tonight - packing/doing laundry for trip to Portland this weekend .

I have had pad thai for breakfast and lunch.  I can't help it.  It's sooooo good!


I am now drinking a huge 44 oz diet pepsi that I got when I stopped for gas.


AHHHH


I did run 3 miles today though.
