Hello Ladies... I just want to post a nice happy-moment from Victoria's Secret online... I was trying to order a pair of sandals and it kept saying my shopping bag was empty (even though it was not). So I called customer service and in no time at all, I was put through to a super nice customer service person who helped me order them by phone within about 4 minutes. It was very fast, very efficient and overall a very pleasant experience... plus, I have great sandals on the way!!! Have a great night everyone! xox MissLips __________________

Even though the quality is sometimes bad, I think Victoria's Secret has great customer service. My mom constantly orders clothes from them because she hates to go to the mall. She probably has spent thousands of dollars there in the past couple of years, and sometimes has to make large returns, but she always says they're very nice
