I think it would work but how would that wrap top work under the blazer? I would wear pants or a skirt to meet these people the first time and then jeans later when you've picked a place. Unfortunately from what I've heard is that wedding vendors treat you the way you are dressed/look until you pay them and they see you can afford them.

Oh, I hear ya about them treating you the way you're dressed! The wrap top is not exactly like the one I posted - mine's sleeveless, doesn't have a tie, and it's a bit longer & darker as well. Okay, I will definitely stay away from jeans for the time being. I'll have to play around with some things when I get home tonight.
