ebay idiot... advice pls.

so some big fathead bought a coach bag from me via ebay.  it's from the coach store... the guy was a 1st time ebayer...  i should have known.  now, he's telling me that i sent him a fake coach... 


it's real !! 


what do i do?

Did he say why he thinks it's a fake?  Do you have any proof (receipt, credit card bill, etc) that you bought it from a Coach store?

no reason.  he just thinks it's fake.  i have no proof, it's an older bag, but if he took it to a store or something, they would say it's real.  i just don't want him to leave me neg feedback.

tell him that if he thinks it's fake he should provide you with some sort of proof, like a letter or something from a coach sales person. i know a lot of the lv people require that as proof (not sure if it's legit) but he should give you more than it's fake.


also you could offer to refund his money (minus s&h).

you could tell him to send the bag back to you and refund his money once you get it. But, before you do anything, I would loop ebay in on this before you do anything and see if they have any suggestions for you.

look on ebay's help section for more information.  you should also email ebay and explain the situation to them and see what they think you should do.  they have always been helpful to me when i've had annoying ebay situations that i didn't know how to handle.
