I dunno...I have a hard time picturing that looking good. On the other hand, if it works, it would be a cool, unique look. I'd probably give it a try in the privacy of your home, the worst that can happen is you won't like the combo.

I have a short sleeve 12th street i wear like that and it's really cute. go with splendid's thermal because it has supima and will be a bit more of a dressy feel to compliment the jacket.

I would totally do it as long as the sleeves aren't loose or baggy. I think it's a great, funky look. I do it with 3/4 sleeve jackets like this Anthro one I have as well.

oh yeah, if i get the jacket i'd do a test run of the look at home...it def. has the potential to look bizarre.

i was thinking a dove grey fitted thermal - Splendid is a good choice, but they run soooo small! i guess it would be ok though since it'll be under the jacket. thanks for the ideas ladies.

I love that jacket in black wool crepe, though, unfortunately, they're all out of my size. :(

I have a jacket like that in green corduroy and I wear it w/ a long sleeved tight white shirt. It looks really cute. Portia DeRossi on Arrested Development had a burgandy corduray jacket similar style and she was wearing it w/ a long sleeve shirt too. I think they look cute.
