Is Delia's good with returns? Are returns free? ( I don't do alot of internet shopping)

from my experience the quality is much like that of h&m and wet seal (stores of that ilk).  like most chain stores the return policy is very easy and customer friendly (you can return to store for free)  hth!

I am a never that happy with their service or quality. I had a problem with their return policy. They sent me the wrong size sweater and when I wanted to return it they were going to charge me. Unless it is an item I really like I try to avoid them.

I didnt have any problem returning items to them but it was a couple of years ago.  I have to agree that the quality isnt really good.  I returned almost everything I ordered but they gave me no problems.
