I don't like the first pair at all, but I also think the shoes should be less cutesey than the second ones for those pants.

i voted #2. i have a pair that's similar by nine west and i wear them all the time! i think they are more wearable than the other pair.

I like #2 a lot but not really with those pants.  I think you need something sleeker, but I don't really like #1. I think a plain, light colored, pointed toe shoe would be nice.
