That's really cute. I love that blue color but I think the skirt looks better in black. They are both nice and either color will work. I think it depends on how you want to wear the skirt.

That's an awesome blue.  Black is much easier to find in a variety of styles so I would get the blue.

I love them both! I'd go with the black just cause you could get more wear out of it, but the blue is so different!
