Dress for a chairity event?

Okay girls I need your help (LMonet this means you!) I am going to a charity dinner that a professional sports team is having in March. It will be cold and sloppy wet out. It is dressy, but my boyfriend is not wearing a tux. He thinks that they maybe a few important people in the organization wearing them, but not most people. I need to find a dress. I don’t want to wear black, but I always don’t want to be the one sticks out like a soar thumb (in a bad way- I want to get attention the good way). If you have any you like and think are appropriate let me know. If you don't like any of them and have an entirley different suggestion that would be great too.I also need to find accesories. Ugh. Thanks everyone!

I really love this dress, but I don’t think it is right for the occasion.

They also have this in black w/ a pink ribbon- I like the pink best
This is my FAVE! I really want to get this one!

I think the last dress is perfect...it's a pretty color but the shape is more subdued and classic, so you won't be boring.
