Hey LMonet - do you go to a class or do you use a DVD?  I think pilates is awesome - you see results so quickly.  I have been using the "Crunch Pick Your Spot Pilates", and I think it is very good for a DVD, though I enjoy the actual pilates classes better. (Anyway, just wanted to give you a rec, if you are interested!)

Workout:  my cello lesson screws my schedule up, but I am going to try to do a half hour of cardio.

I actually do it at home, sans DVD.  I am a dancer and used to take pilates class 3x a week when I was teaching, so I just do the same routine we did in class.  Is the Crunch DVD pretty fast-paced?  More so than the Winsor series?

I don't really know the Winsor series at all, so I cannot really compare.  But, I used to dance as well (not since high school though [~7 years ago]), and I like the crunch series.

Hmmm, I'll definitely have to check it out then.  Right now I'm doing a 'condensed' version of only about 15-20 minutes a night, so maybe following along with a DVD would help me do a longer workout (which I really should be doing anyway since I'm not really doing any cardio now).  Thanks Tara!

Good Afternoon.  I just got out of class and I'm headed to the gym in a few minutes.

B: blueberry muffin (weight watchers-yummy), nectarine

L: ham and cheese sandwich on WW bread, 1 cup grapes

S: pear and a snack in my night class if its not chips

D: unsure maybe pasta and crawfish dip again since its really low ww points

Exercise: 40 mins walking track at gym and 20 mins exercise bike

BTW how long is the crunch pilates dvd? 20 min? 30 min? 60 min? I really like the 20 min windsor one but I need to change it up and the 60 min windsor one just doesn't fit in my schedule right now.

It is 10 min abs, 10 mins thighs, 10 mins butt, and then 10 mins full body.....so 40 mins total, but most of the time I don't do the 10 mins full body (b/c it is a short repeat of the other 3)....so 30 mins.
