Yep, I've seen it and actually have it in black.  It is kinda a shrug, but kinda just a wrap top because it hits lower than most of the "shrugs" out there (old navy, etc.).  It is thin, comes in pink or a peachy coral color, the turquoise/blue color in marie claire, a lavendar, citron green and black...think it might come in white or cream as well...  Anyway, you can tie it in front like it shows in the pic and you can also wrap it around and tie it in the back.  They run kinda big, so if you can't find a small, don't waste your time trying them on. 

I like it, but I do have one problem with it and that is that the material kinda rolls up in the back when you do the front tie.    It was a pretty good buy for the price, IMO.
