I don't really have any ideas, Irene. I've never been to Boston and I don't like DC that much. Philly is cool and has really awesome museums but in terms of nightlife I've mainly done the hipster bar thing and I don't know that that's your cup of tea. Are you thinking of places other than these cities. The only cool weekend getaway place that I can think of right now is Mohonk and that's really expensive.

I'm sorry but I just spent a week in Boston and it has gotten soooo pretenious (sp?)! I agree with CC, Philly is fun but I think our tastes in nite life are a bit different.

I am not too into DC for a long weekend, what about Cape May? The Jersey shore is so beautiful and serene this time of year and the driftwwod and sea glass you can find is fun, plus eating there is amazing.

What about the Inner Harbor in Baltimore?
