around this top.  It is divine.  Do you think it would look good with a denim skirt dressed down?  Also, how could I wear it as a dressy outfit without going too far over the top?

i think it'll be a versatile piece. if you wanted to dress it up some, you could do a colored pinstripe pant. like the mauve in the new nili lotan collection, or chocolate brown, which may be easier to locate

I think it would look great with a denim skirt.  Here are some other ideas:

camille circle skirt


I'd also pair with it a little tank/cami in a soft color underneath (like yellow with the first skirt, etc) and then some chunky beaded or wooden jewelry.

oh my god, that top is sooo pretty!! I like your denim skirt idea.


for dressing up, I would wear it with grey or brown wool pants (a heavier weight, like tweed or herringbone) and peep-toe wedges in gold or camel.
