a kelly green short sleeve cardigan or short sleeve sweater.  I like the color of the one pictured.  Unfortunately, I looked at it today in ON and it was not dressy enough.  I would really like something out of "sweater" material.  I have looked on about every website I can think of with no luck.

Express has some really pretty short-sleeved cardigans. It doesn't show that they come in green on the site, but they often have different stuff in-store. Vanessa could probably tell you if you pm her.


Edit: I went today...I didn't see any in kelly green, but they did have a light green.
