Those remind me of my Kenzie Hostess boots.

Kenzie Hostess Women's Boots

I have them in brown.  No idea if you can still find them - they're from 2 seasons ago, but if you like them, try googling them.  HTH!

If they're not on their website yet, they will put them up soon. I know it sometimes takes a couple of weeks for them to put something up after they receive it but they'll style with them anyway.
