Ok I'm looking to buy some yoga and workout DVDs.

Here are my requirements:

-Not boring
-Something that helps relieve stress
-Gives a good stretch
-Not redundant
-Burns calories

Any ideas?

For Yoga, I really like the Yoga Journal videos.

I really like Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred video.

I also really like yoga booty ballet.  I have the original one and goddess booty/yoga core.

Lastly, yogatoday.com has a free class everyday.

I LOVE MTV's Yoga! I always sweat during it and feel it really does stretch me out and lengthen me. For something that's more cardio, I'm old school and like Tae Bo, lol. I have Cardio Circuit 1 and Get Celebrity Fit, Sculpt.

FitTV has an on-demand channel if you have digital cable.  They recycle them occasionally and you can choose from a pretty large menu.

FitTV is also associated with a workout session download site.  You can download them on your computer for a pretty good price.

I'm a huge fan of Bryan Kest's Power Yoga

I was just going to post yogatoday.com but someone beat me to it. I'm going to try it out and see how it goes.

I have the Jackie Warner DVD and really like it. There are 3 20-minute segments - core, lower body and upper body. It's great how she mixes in the weight training and cardio.

I just got Jillian's Shred, but haven't tried it yet. This is funny: when zipping through it, I noticed it's taped in the exact same studio as Jackie's. It will be like going to the same gym every morning - ha ha.
