need opinions on what to wear with skirt

I bought a silk skirt at JCrew about a month ago when it went on sale in the very same pattern that the above jacket has.  I have been trying to decide what to wear with it.  I work in a casual environment so sleeveless is ok.  This is what I thought of:


Old Navy


OR....


Delia's


Which do you think is better or do you not like either?  I would appreciate any other suggestions you have?

I like the black one best out of the two.  Have you thought of pairing it with a brightly colored shirt?

I like the Old Navy blouse much better. The delias one looks a little cheap...


what kind of skirt is it? bias-cut? A-line? I'm picturing something flowy, and I prefer non-flowy tops with flowy bottoms. how about:

That crossed my mind, but I wasn't sure.  What do you think about kelly green?


Also, bean, the skirt is a-line with inverted pleats all the way around.  Love those tops you suggested.
