Yah I ordered some sandals from them. I didn't hear anything for two weeks. So I called them. They said the shoes were on backorder. They didn't even notify me of that. I would suggest calling them though, you will at least get an instant response.

i read this on luxfashion so i'm not sure if it's true but supposedly shopintuition waits until it has enough orders for something before they place their wholesale order from the manufacturer. i would call them -- though i've also heard their cs is garbage. and if they're not helpful call your cc company.

I've heard so many horror stories about shopintuition. That's why I try not to shop from there.

Yeah, it's awful. I placed an order almost a week ago and have heard nothing. I'm probably going to call them tomorrow and try to find out what's going on. I doubt I'll be ordering from there again.

I haven't ordered from them because the website says it'll take 2-3 weeks for your order to process. Or ship. Either way, it takes too long for my liking.
