in reference to the thread last week on bikram yoga --
when you do any yoga class, but a bikram class in particular, you have to make sure to hydrate yourself BEFORE class. drink tons of water before. (they say you should try not to drink water during the class b/c it brings down your body temperature and the objective of doing the yoga in a hot room is to up your body temp, making you more flexible and boosting your immune system) you can easily get dehyrated during a class in a hot room if you're not hydrated, which could be a reason people are would say that type of class is "bad" for you.
