My local newspaper's style section (which seems think BR is "high fashion" and that you can get jeans "just like 7s" at Mervyns) just featured these jeans:

Wow, I think my sister in law will buy those she loves Bebe and has those rhinestone sweats. I can just imagine next time they visit from NC she will be wearing those.

LOL, Halleybird.  I saw that today too.  Just think... you could buy 5 pairs of Mervyn's jeans for the price of one pair of Sevens and they are the same thing!  What a steal!

I know, Cricket!. Here's the actual quote for those of you unlucky to have such a great style resource:



Mervyn's late last year added jeans to its Hillard & Hanson label to give women jeans with the great style and feel of more expensive brands, says its style expert, Kate Rice. The jeans cost $36.

We think they feel a lot like 7 for All Mankind jeans, although not quite as lightweight.
