I need to finish an outfit

I need a top that is sassy but casual (no short sleeves, 3/4 or long). I don't want to look like I am trying to hard. I plan to wear jeans and black stiletto heel boots. Suggestions? And remember, I'm cheap

I don't really have any color in mind. I don't have good luck with ordering (sizing for me is hard, I really have to try stuff on). I have Gap, Old Navy, Wet Seal, Marshall Fields, Urban Outfitters, Limited, Express, American Eagle... Even if someone ran across something from a store I don't have, at least it would give me an idea of something I could put together.
