Can anyone tell me what the fit are like on the original 5 pocket? I'm having trouble deciding what size to get. I have a 28 waist/35 hip but most of my other jeans (different brands) range from 27- 29. I haven't tried James but they look really cute. Help?

ooh, I just bought a pair and I LOVE them! I am 28-36 ish, but I found that the 27 was the best size--it loosened up slightly, to the perfect fit, after I'd been wearing them a few hours. They are very stretchy and comfortable and I love them.

I think I have that wash if it's the Grey Swan. I wear 26/27 in jeans and I got the 26 because they have a little stretch to them. Some don't have stretch so I fit into the 27.
