Jack Rogers are amazingly comfortable. The leather on the straps is really soft. I've seen knock-offs at DSW and they weren't comfortable at all though.

Jack Rogers pair, then for a really casual pair I like these:

They aren't as grey looking in person, I love Havaianas flip flops for really casual days, or the beach.
