a black peep toe shoe- either pump or slingback... something classic that is sexy but can be worn in the office. You'd think it would be easy to find, but I am not having any luck. Any suggestions?

thanks meow- those are very close to what I was picturing  and the price is def. good!


something about the heel looks a little funny to me, but for that price they are definatly a strong possability. I never thought to look at Penny's (I honestly don't even know if there is one around here!)

I don't know how you feel about patent or how much you want to spend, but I think these are nice (although I prefer the green). They're Marc Jacobs, $310 at Nordstrom.

You're right, it really is harder than it sounds.  I didn't really find much and everything I did find is pretty pricey.  You  may be able to find something else at Zappos....I didn't go through all the black shoes.

I love the vera wang ones, but they are so much when the penney's ones are so similar. The Marc Jacobs ones would be nice without the bow- I'm really looking for something simple, with a clean line.

I actually tried on those easy spirit ones at marshalls, xcpt. in red.  my mom said they looked a little old-ish, but i kinda liked them.  They are extremely comfortable.


I like the ones from bakers btw.
