I love, love, love them. Don't know what I ever did without them. I love their prices, I love their free shipping/return policy, selection, and good customer service.


My ONLY gripe is they have sooo many cute shoes that they don't carry in my small size (5). Wahhhh!!!

Zappos rocks my world. Even my BF likes shoe shopping because of it.


Plus, our shipping is always upgraded free to next day, it seems. Once, BF ordered a pair of shoes at 11:30 Tuesday night and the shoes came via UPS at 11 AM Wednesday morning. Talk about fast.

I did actually have one bad experience with zappos, but it was over email. They are supposed to price match 110% -- when I asked for a pricematch on something, they would only do 100%, and the mean CS girl said they would also add shipping (from the other site) to the price they would match. I will just call them from now on.

Zappos is awesome! I love when I order shoes with regular shipping and I get them a day and half later! They rock! I bought these shoes off zappos, and they are so cute:
