I wish I had a picture of the silver one.  For some reason that dark silver color is just calling out to me lately (uh, it might have something to do with these gorgeous shoes I have that would match it!).

Unfortunately I don't have a SO at the moment, so getting it as a gift, while a fantastic idea, is presently out of the question.   But you guys are right, $140 is too much for something so trendy.  Does forever 21 have something similar in that color?  See, it's the color that's making me want to buy it now, because I fear it'll be the first to go.   I saw it next to all the other colors and it just blew them all away.  Then again, it might've just been me with Gucci shoes on the brain. 
Has anyone seen it at Bloomies?  I have a $100 gift card that I have yet to spend...

PS - I like the green Lux one too, but I don't like the way only part of it is sequined.  The back is plain which makes it look less elegant and cheaper (which obviously it is).  I'll probably end up with that one too anyway ;)

I saw the silver one at Bloomie's in Century City (LA), but that was a while ago, probably around Christmas/New Years time.

Vanessa- Im with you on the color, its really just awesome looking in person.  Those shoes are so fabulous too, I guess Im no help in this situation.


ETA: I saw it at Macys, but Im also in TX, so I dont know if you have one near you....

My best friend bought it in silver from bloomie's (at the bev center in LA) around xmas/new year's time and we loved it but then she returned it because of the $$.  i think since you have a bloomie's gift card you should get it, it would look *fabulous* w/ your shoes.  however, if you do wait until your ban is over, make sure to jot down the style number so you can call bcbg corporate and ask them to track it down, they can do this as long as you have the style number.  here's their #--1 888 236 2224.  and if that # doesn't work, try 323 589 2224 and ask for tammy.  she's really nice and has done this for me before, she usually never picks up so if it goes to voicemail just leave a message w/ the style number and she'll call you back once she's found it.  hth!
