Last night I bought (sorry, no pictures unfortunately):
-A cap sleeve, caramel-brown tshirt from Express. It's got a really low scoop neck (almost to middle of chest) and a banded bottom. It kind of billow-y above the banded bottom, which I love.
-A teal cap sleeve tshirt from Target. It's a v-neck and the v-neck is ruched a little.
-The new issue of Life & Style Weekly
-And $10 went towards my night at the bar
Oh, and after the bar, I had Domino's pizza for $5 (Had the munchies, couldn't help myself)
That's pretty much it for me for awhile. I have to keep being good at keeping my checking account at a higher $$ level.
Fashionista, I love that white top you got and the "gladiator" sandals! You'll have to let me know how they look on your feet. For some reason I think they look a little weird on the models.
The theme of this weekend has been dresses. Not that I need new ones, but I happed to find some really cute ones.
I went to Off 5th (the Saks outlet) and it was decent.
I put both of these Tracy & Michael dresses on hold. They were originally $550, but they are only $140 now. I really like the floral one (in the tiny picture) but decided that I would wait 24 hours to see if I NEEDED it. I don't need a new cocktail dress but these were so cute so I'm still thinking about them.
I also got this dress of Ebay in tourmaline. The seller has these 'replica' vintage dresses that are super cute so I can't wait until it comes.

oh i love these - how do i search on ebay? i couldn't seem to find it .... :)
I allowed myself to spend $150 on clothing during the holiday sales and I managed to find some amazing items at killer prices:
- An Espirit off the shoulder top in a pretty berry color with ruching on the bust and shoulders. I like this top because it is long enough to cover my belly in low rise jeans- for those of you who like longer tops, you might want to look into buying this in toffee or black (the colors that are on sale online), $14.99 down from $54.00.
- A True Meaning top... The photos don't do it justice (I have never felt so sexy in a top!), $12.00 down from $68.00.
- A French Connection above the knee denim skirt with curved back pockets and a slit in the back that prevents my butt from looking squished- I usually despise skirts, but for some reason I love this one! $27.00 down from $108.00.
- A Clarity white shelf bra tank, $9.50 down from $38.00.
- Another one of my favorites... a soft Q.U.E top in lavendar with a large appliqued flower on the side. It reminds me of something that Anthropologie would sell, $12.00 down from $48.00.
- An Antonio Melani boatneck top with large lime green and turquoise stipes. I can imagine myself rocking this with a pair of crisp white jeans and silver sandals in the summer, $20.00 down from $80.00.
- A Free People tank in burgandy with embroidery along the neckline. I want to buy a pair of light wash deconstructed jeans to wear with this, $7.00 down from $28.00.
- An Intuition layering top in light green that almost falls off the shoulders and is really soft, $12.00 down from $38.00.
- A pair of sequined silver flip flops from Target for $16.99 and several Indian inspired bangles from the dollar spot there- I love Target and the sandals are similar to more expensive pairs I have seen!
- A pair of Adidas Tuscany shoes in turquoise with yellow stripes. I love unique shoes and this pair is truly special as they were made to commerate the races in Italy during 2003 and are rare. I love the fact that the sole is made from Goodyear tires! On Eastbay.com for $49.99- usually the sell from between $60.00 and $100.00 depending on whether you get them in the U.S. or Italy.
I went a little over budget, but considering I hardly ever shop due to a restricted student budget, I don't feel guilty. Especially because I got so many great deals! From now on, all my money is going towards a trip to Canada to see this guy:
Since everyone has been raving about these recently I decided to try some and love them!
COH Faye in Caspian wash
Blue pinstripe pants from Old Navy, I think I'll lose the belt though
This cool wrap/scarf from TJMaxx, so many fun ways to wear it!
From Target, kelly green 3/4 sleeve henley shirt and cute magentic pad of paper for the fridge
Skirt from AE, hard to tell from pic but has pink stripes, very cute on & on sale in store for $14.95 and I'm still waiting on the order I posted about from them earlier this week.
And SFC, I'm so jealous of those dresses! I love both of them! You must buy them so I can live vicariously thru you
Got a bunch of winter-weather gear from Century 21 (the NYC discount mecca): 180 earmuffs, wool/cashmere scarf, other boring stuff except for these boots:
I was a little scared by them at first but they grew on me. They feel silly and whimsical, which I think will make snowy days a little more bearable. I've been wanting a pair of snow boots for a while; trudging through snow and slush on my way to class has gotten old, and these boots definitely keep my feet warm and dry.
sfclinevandy: go for the dresses, they're beautiful!
I got some Clinique foundation, some stuff from Target (aviator sunglasses, shower curtain, and an extremely cheesy TV mini-series on DVD that I am embarrassed to name), food, and some stuff for DH's Valentine's day care package.
I did do a hunt for some wedge sandals, but couldn't find anything just right.
