When I bought my boots from Macy's on Sunday, they were $70.99.  I checked on them today and they are even more on sale - now for $63.99!  How do I go about getting a price adjustment on them?  Can I just call in or should I email them or what?

I used to work there, did you buy them online or in the store? If it was in the store you can bring them back in (well, just the receipt) and they'll do an adjustment no problem. Not sure if it was online though... I would say give the a call.

i know macy's does adjustments w/in 10 days. i'd give them a call, it's easier and quicker than emailing them.
