Does anyone have this month's lucky? There's an outfit on page 122 that I really like, but I'm not sure I could pull something like this off. I scanned the pic in, but for some reason it won't post. Soooooo, if any of you have this issue, can you share your thouhgts?


Especially on the super-textured tights. I have thin legs, but I'm not an overall waif like the girl in the pic. I'd want to look cute Audrey Hepburn/French, not frumpy (which goes without saying, of course!)

I think you could totally pull off that look! I'm curvy and petite and I would wear that outfit...plus the skirt is GORGEOUS. BTW, if you're averse to the tights in p. 122, take a look at the ones on p. 137 in the "Simple Tricks" article. I have those tights and they're less bulky than the ones on p. 122, if you're worried about frumpiness.

Thank you so much! I almost didn't post, since I couldn't post the pic, but now I'm glad I did. I REALLY want that outfit, and now that someone else agrees with me I feel justified. Bye bye shopping ban! hee hee
