Nectar protein shake


a woman made apple struedel for b-fast @ work...I just ate the cinnamon and sugar covered apples! yum!


soynuts and almonds


turkey on a small pita w/ nonfat mayo


myoplex light bar in lemon cheesecake


chicken w/ veggies


protein shake


workout-lots o cardio and definately arms and back, I have cut out my arms routine (biceps and triceps) for the last week and a half because they were starting to get too muscular...don't like that look!

I was so good yesterday - going for two days in a row now!


Breakfast:  Shredded wheat, banana, coffee


Snack:  Peppermint tea, green apple


Lunch:  Low-fat/cal chicken tortilla soup, orange, diet coke


Snack:  Light 'n Fit yogurt


Dinner:  Leftovers - probably homemade low-fat turkey chili w/a salad


More jump roping again tonight!

morning girlies... don't mind me posting on the wrong day yesterday


breakfast: raspberry fool (non-fat plain yogurt, raspberries, honey)


snack: green apple


lunch: quinoa salad (quinoa is a grain, cooking it was a bit of a pain, and i mixed it w/ mango, red pepper, corn, lima beans, fresh mint and the dressing is carrot juice, fresh squeezed lime, olive oil, and i can't remember the rest!)


snack: orange


b4 gym snack: carrot


dinner: shrimp & 3 bean salad (i've realized i love shrimp & it's so easy to make!)


workout: today i'm gonna have my neighbor/trainer show me all the weight machines so i'll probably get a good overall workout plus i'll do at least 20 min cardio

Oh I have been so bad this week.  Thank god I weigh myself on Sunday mornings.


Today


Breakfast: bagel and pineapple


Snack: strawberries


Lunch: lean pocket, string cheese, apple


Dinner: chicken spagetti and corn


I will work out today!!!

Breakfast:  Eggbeaters and Turkey bacon wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla


Lunch:  BLT Wrap


Dinner:  Taco Salad with Pita


Snack:  Nuts and granola


Exercise: 30 minutes cardio, one hour session with my personal trainer.  :)
