Her golden globes look horrible...

Not bad but also not very good...

no.

Shapeless. My mom HATED this look.

why? Always the same thing. I think she does it on purpose now.

I thought this looked good live, not so much in this pic though.

Too much stuff going on.

how can someone blow such a chance to look great?  Why would they want to look like freaks?

It looks like their boobs are baking out of their dresses.

With Diane Keaton that is her trademark. It is getting old, but I don't see her stopping now. Annie Hall was a great movie, but give it a rest.

What is going on with Natalie Portman? She used to dress cute but now everything is huge like she's trying to hide a pregnancy (scandal!!!!)  Seriously, though, I hope she doesn't have an eating disorder. I know so many girls who have and in retrospect the tip-off was they started wearing huge baggy clothes to hide their bodies (what, Olson twins????). That would be sad if she did because she's always seemed pretty down-to-earth and not affected by the whole hollywood thing.

I like Natalie Portman's dress.  I think overall the Globes were pretty bland.  Most people didn't really take any risks, but she did and I think it turned out.  It's shapeless, but it's not unflattering on her.

In defense of Diane Keaton, I once read an article in InStyle about her and felt totally different about her clothing choices.  Of course I now don't remember all the details now, but she said this about unadorned men's clothes are, making you pay more attention to the fabric and the lines.  And she was talking about how gloves make an outfit instantly classy, and short sleeves are not for a woman her age.  Although I don't necessarily agree with it, I understand why she does it and respect her for it a little bit.

I just came across this one and wanted to add it...

Laura Linney, that eyeliner is not appropriate for your age, skin tone, or personailty.

I like Natalie's dress too. It fits her well, just because its not skin tight doesn't mean it doesn't flatter.

I LOVED Natalie's dress! it was the best one of the evening, imo. She looked feminine and pretty and not like everyone else. Laura Linney, however, looks like a vampire.

I agree about Natalie Portman's dress-- I really liked it. Just because it isn't skin tight and cleavage baring doesn't mean it isn't flattering.

Though I didn't like Laura Linney's eyeliner, I really liked her dress (Prada). Sofia Coppola just wore it in this month's French Vogue, but a bit shorter version, and I really like it.
