OMG I'm so pissed I just found out today to stop purchasing office attire, because we are going to be required to wear suit uniforms!! How gross!! 9By the way I work for a property management company) I guess they are going to be navy blue and we will have some choices as far as fabric and style but seriously how gross!! I hate navy blue!! I am seriously considering quitting!! Do any of you have o wear a work uniform that is like a suit... and if so how would you make it bearable to wear??

Can you buy whatever brand you want or are they providing you with suits?  Would you have to buy 5+ navy suits?  That would totally suck.  Are they paying for this?  If not, that is truly heartbreaking.

I've never had to wear a work uniform, but if I did, I would really focus on the accessories and jewelry.  I would buy a million scarves and cute jewelry.

I've had to wear a uniform to work before & as much as I hated it, it wasn't too bad.  It totally helped cut down time when it came to getting dressed for the day.

Like AJ suggested, make it your own, but accessorizing.  Scarves & jewelry can really help it out.  Shoes are also crucial, as is the right handbag.

Make sure they pay for the uniforms or @ least reimburse you for cost.

How sad! Like AJ said...accessorize. But sadly, I am having visions of stewardess type outfits right now!

uniforms - gak!

NAVY uniforms - double gak!

I'm sooo sorry... I would consider quitting too!  Although, that's a good point kealoha made - it will be much easier to get dressed in the morning.  I agree with everyone else - accessorize, accessorize, accessorize...  I really hope they are not making you pay for the suits...
