Where I used to work, everyone looked awful and I was always overdressed.  Where I work now, I can dress up more, but I work with a girl who always looks perfect and I now feel like I can't get it right.  Sigh-at least it's nice to work with someone who knows how to dress right.

have you been able to define what it is about her outfits that make her look perfect? maybe it's accessories? color combinations? If we can define what it is, maybe we can help you rejuvenate that category of your wardrobe...

j/k. I actually refuse to believe that anyone in Phoenix (besides me, you, Cricket, LittleSinner and my sister) dresses well. Are you sure she's not one of them?

I'll be in Phoenix tomorrow through Sunday - good to know there's an anthropologie store around so I can get away from my future BIL's family if need be!


don't worry, KE, we all feel a little frumpy sometimes (well at least I do).  Wear your absolute favorite best outfits for the next few days, maybe you'll feel better and get back in your groove.

Dont worry KE, I think we all have moments like that, and I think there will always be "that girl" at the office who dresses perfectly! You have great style, just keep working at it and you'll be fine!

Oh you will miss her when she is gone though, I used to work with someone like that and now everyone I work with is over 60...so I can't really get inspired or feel the need to look cute at work. I bet you are better dressed than you think b/c she is there.
