LOL, wow, i actually never questioned my assumption that ww meant "weight watchers"! i just assumed they made special bread!! haha, my stupidity amazes me sometimes.
I have been doing really well on my diet since the new year (my upcoming vacation is my current motivation), so I thought I would join in the fun:
Breakfast: Organic Amy's breakfast burrito (tofu, veggies, and beans), organic double soy latte (1/2 decaf, 1/2 regular, no sugar)
Lunch: Organic soba noodles with tomatos, peas, carrots, corn, with olive oil and garlic & organic potato/leek soup
Dinner: Wild salmon, salad of broccoli, cauliflower, black olives, cherry tomatos, red peppers, mozzarella, and cucumbers with small amount of italian dressing
Dessert: 1/2 organic "Magic Cookie" which has choc. chips, coconut, carrots, pecans... & 1/2 organic/wheat-free oatmeal cookie
Snack: I keep a big bowl of cut-up fruits (I buy big fruit trays every few days) in the fridge for snacking, and we have a big bowl of mixed salt-free nuts for munching too. I may or may not decide to have a cup of organic soy hot chocolate this afternoon before my cardio (for some extra kick).
I did two heavy weightlifting and cardio days Monday and Tuesday so today I will be doing 10 minutes of running (8.2 speed) on the treadmill, and 45 minutes on the elliptical (between 10- and 9 for the resistance)
