imo the boho look isn't really about wearing certain items it's more about wearing your stuff in unexpected ways.  for example the olsens (i'm assuming that you're using them as style role models but feel free to correct me if i'm wrong) don't really wear "boho" things, they just put stuff together in an interesting way. so you don't really need to buy a bunch of new things. for example you could wear a hoodie with a circle skirt and cute flats, and look very boho, without having to buy new things.
