these look kind of cute for knocking around in when it warms up.  they remind me of Summer on the OC for some reason.  or are we over espadrilles?  i don't know what i think about that part...

they're cute, i like the espadrille part but would have to see the strap parts fit on your feet before deciding.  how much and are they returnable?  and yeah, they do have a summer vibe to them--also, have you seen the notebook, the heroine wore quite a few adorable espadrilles that totally made me fall in love w/ that style.

Not for me.  I think they look like Strawberry Shortcake.

There is just something about that pattern that reminds me of a babydoll outfit. I don't know why.

i think they're cute, although the ankle strap looks like it has the potential to look funny on your foot.  and i'd definitely avoid wearing them with dresses or anything too "girly" - but i think they'd look great with some denim.

The velcro turns me off.  They would be so much cuter with a tie around the ankle....

Yes, that's exactly the problem with them...it's the velcro...reminds me too much of of little kid's shoes.

I hate the velcro!  I hate anything velcro.  Especially that sound, it hurts my ears.  I would imagine that these would get dirty really fast.  They look like they're made out of fabric?  And a light colored fabric at that.

I think they're adorable, but would probably get dirty, fireball is right.  I kind of like the velcro, though.

As for espadrilles, I don't know if they're "in" or not, but I love them and will be looking for a comfortable pair once it gets warmer.

It's the tiny Calico print, I was thinking they were cute, but something is still holding me back
