Special K protein water?

I hardly watch commercials because of my tivo, so im not to sure on how they exactly advertise it. I've only seen it twice. But from my understanding, i guess it helps you curve your appetite and help you lose weight.
anyone tried this?

Yes, I have tried them. I am a teacher and I always got hungry between my 6am brekfast and my 11:30 lunch, so I tried them to help me get through that stretch of time. I found that they did hold me over, but not fill me up. I think they are a good replacement for a small snack, and they taste really good! No yucky protein taste!

They don't really do anything for me. I just feel like I'm drinking water and they don't really curb my appetite. Plus, I think they have quite a bit of sugar...

I wondered about these.  I got one as a sample but didn't have the courage to try it.  The sweetener was something I didn't recognize, and I have to be careful with my stomach.

I've wondered about this too.  My issue is that I usually need to chew something to curb my appetite.  I'd much rather eat something than drink it, if ya know what I mean.
