What to wear with this blouse...jj?

I will be attending my boyfriend's summer company party.  We have never attended so don't really know the dress code, however I know their winter party was cocktail and his co-workers say this one is more casual.  He will probably wear a shirt and slacks, no suit. 

I want to wear this blouse from J.Crew (Elizabeth halter in green) but I don't know what to pair with it.  I know jj has it and I think paired it with a navy pencil skirt (or was it black?) and gold shoes--I love that look but I want some more ideas too.

i love that top in green and i love it paired with navy. i think i would do a pair of navy linen trousers and heel sandals (gold is great, or you could do  brown). for jewelry i'd do a larger statement ring or a stack of bangle bracelets. a cute little clutch purse to top it off.

Hi, Jac! LOVE that top!

You need high-waisted navy pants and some sexy metallic heels ... not sure if these pants have a high enough rise, but I love them and they're on sale:

Eeeeee! My favorite blouse! I wore it with a black pencil skirt, gold heels and cuff bracelet to a swanky restaurant. I have also worn it with dressy bermudas and sandals.

I LOVE the idea of white pants or trousers.

Definitely wear a stack of bangles or big bracelet and carry a fun clutch!
