Hey ladies! My bf and I are going to Vegas at the end of next month with his family. We want to have one nice dinner, just the two of us. No buffets, and must have good vegetarian options. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I've heard great things about the restaurants at The Wynn but have never eaten there. Hubby really enjoys Craftsteak at the MGM, it's a steak house but we had fantasic lobster. I must say the Benihana's at the Hilton is a definite SKIP. The food and service is awful.

Agreed on this, there are a couple restaurants at the Wyn that are fantastic. There is an Italian one that we ate at when we stayed there (Corsa Cucina) and it was really really good. Highly recommend it!

the vegaterian thing is throwing me off, but i am in love with a few restaurants in LV. not sure if this will help at ALL, since i eat everything in sight except brussel sprouts. i tried to give you my favorite sushi options... thought that may be easier for veggie options.
pearl - chinese at MGM
i 2nd Olives at bellagio
auerole - french-ish at mandalay bay (cool wine tower w/ the wine angels)
nobu - sushi at hard rock
okada - sushi at wynn (great view of the wynn's waterfalls)
tao - sushi venetian
i also love mon ami gabi for lunch at Paris.
hope i helped a little.

Just don't do the Sushi place at the Wynn. It is terrible and completely over-priced. Social House at TI is much better!
Shibuya in MGM Grand is a really cool sushi place. They, last time we were there, said they had the largest collection of sake in the U.S.
We didn't eat at auerole, but have heard nothing but good things. Also, it's really cool with the wine tower and all.
RM Seafood (downstairs is only place we've been) has wonderful oysters.
If you want a spectacular view of the Strip, visit Mix at the top of The Hotel at Mandalay Bay. You don't have to eat dinner there, they have a kick-butt bar with unbelievable vistas.
